PRYSM does not produce original journalism. All news content is sourced from third-party publishers via publicly available RSS feeds.

AI-generated summaries and perspective analyses are produced for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. Always read the original articles for complete and authoritative reporting.
When you tap "Read Full Article", you leave PRYSM and visit the original publisher's website, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
The PRYSM app, including its design, interface, code, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of PRYSM and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without our written permission.
News content displayed in the app remains the intellectual property of its original publishers.
If you enable push notifications, you consent to receiving breaking news alerts and morning briefings. You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings. We will not send promotional or advertising notifications.
PRYSM does not require registration or an account. Your preferences, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data will be lost. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstallation or device changes.
We strive to keep PRYSM available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

PRYSM is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. Core news access will always remain free. If pricing changes affect your usage, we will provide advance notice.
PRYSM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRYSM and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Italy, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
